When I coach clients, we set realistic, actionable goals: things like \u201cwork out 3 times this week\u201d or \u201cdrink 2L of water daily.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of aiming for a massive transformation in 30 days, build habits you can actually stick to. Small wins add up. Want to lose 20 pounds? Start by focusing on your first five. Want to run 10k? Master 2k first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your goals should challenge you, not crush you. If it feels overwhelming, break it down.
