I\u2019ve learned the hard way that skipping it leads to tightness, limited range of motion, and even injury. Now, it\u2019s a non-negotiable in my routine\u2014and for my clients too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dynamic stretches before workouts help warm up muscles. Static stretches after workouts aid recovery. I especially love hip openers, hamstring stretches, and shoulder mobility work\u2014areas most people neglect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You don\u2019t need to spend an hour. Even 5\u201310 minutes a day adds up. Stretching helps you move better, lift better, and feel better.
