My weight can fluctuate 1\u20132kg from hydration, sleep, or even stress. That\u2019s why I use other markers: photos, how my clothes fit, strength gains, and how I feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes clients panic when they don\u2019t see a drop\u2014but they\u2019re leaning out, gaining muscle, and sleeping better. That matters more. I remind them (and myself) that fat loss isn\u2019t linear.
