Action builds momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also keep a vision board where I\u2019ve pinned my goals and past wins. Seeing how far I\u2019ve come reminds me why I started. And sometimes, it\u2019s okay to scale back instead of giving up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motivation comes and goes.
