It\u2019s not just about flexibility\u2014it\u2019s about feeling good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I do dynamic stretches before workouts (leg swings, arm circles) and static ones after (forward folds, pigeon pose). It clears my mind and resets my body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t skip it.
